Shipping policy
How orders ship.
Free standard shipping on US orders $50 and over. 1-business-day dispatch from our US fulfillment center, with most addresses landing in 5–8 business days.

1 · Where we ship
Edge Focus ships to all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.
2 · Shipping speed
Orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment center within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
- Standard delivery (default): 5–8 business days after dispatch
- APO/FPO/DPO: 7–14 business days after dispatch
Transit times are estimates only and depend on carrier load, region, weather, and customs. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by factors outside our control.
3 · Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on order subtotal:
- Orders $50 and over: Free standard shipping
- Orders under $50: Flat-rate $4.95 standard shipping
- Subscription orders: Free standard shipping on every recurring shipment, regardless of order subtotal
Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout per the destination state's rate.
4 · Order tracking
A tracking link is emailed to you the moment your order leaves our warehouse. You can also view tracking and shipment status at any time from your account dashboard.
5 · Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon carrier delivery confirmation. Edge Focus is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our reasonable control. Lost-package claims must be reported to support@tryedgefocus.com within 14 daysof the carrier's last scan.
6 · Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact support@tryedgefocus.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Edge Focus will reship or refund the affected items at no cost. See the Refund Policy for full terms.
7 · Address changes
Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed. To update the shipping address on a pending subscription shipment, edit it from your account dashboard at least 3 business days before the next billing date.
8 · Contact
